These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of dropregion.com (the “Service”), owned and operated by DVFZ Training Consultancy Services, based in the Philippines (“DropRegion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
1. The Service
DropRegion lets you publish an HTML file and receive a live link at dropregion.com/@handle/slug. Browsing published sites and the gallery is free and doesn’t require an account. Publishing requires signing up for a free account.
2. Accounts and API keys
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity under it, including activity through any API key you generate. Keep your credentials and API keys confidential; revoke a key immediately if you believe it’s been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the HTML and other content you publish (“Your Content”). By publishing, you grant DropRegion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and publicly display Your Content — and to generate and display a screenshot preview of it — solely to operate and promote the Service (for example, in the gallery or on your channel page). This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for copies we’re required to retain for legal, security, or backup purposes for a limited time.
You represent that you have the right to publish Your Content and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to publish or use the Service to distribute:
- Malware, phishing pages, or other malicious code
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights protected under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293)
- Content that violates another person’s privacy, or that constitutes illegal access, computer-related fraud or forgery, identity theft, or online libel under the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (RA 10175)
- Non-consensual intimate images or recordings, prohibited under the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009 (RA 9995)
- Content intended to harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate others
- Anything designed to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material. Publishing, distributing, or linking to child sexual abuse material, or any content prohibited under the Anti-Child Pornography Act of 2009 (RA 9775) or the Anti-Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children and Anti-Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials Act (RA 11930), is strictly prohibited. We will remove any such content immediately upon discovery, terminate the associated account, and report it to the National Bureau of Investigation, the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group, and/or the Inter-Agency Council Against Child Pornography (IACACP), as required by law.
Every published file is scanned before it goes live, but passing an automated scan does not mean content is approved — we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section at any time, with or without notice.
5. Visibility and collaborators
You control each site’s visibility — Public, Unlisted, or Private. Private sites are only viewable by you and any collaborators you explicitly invite by email. You’re responsible for choosing the right visibility setting for your content; an Unlisted or Public link can be viewed by anyone who has it.
6. Limits and fair use
The Service is free, and we enforce reasonable technical limits — including per-site size caps and monthly bandwidth caps — to keep it that way for everyone. We may adjust these limits, or throttle or suspend a site that exceeds them, at our discretion.
7. Reports, removal, and trash
Anyone can report a published site for review. We may block, reject, or remove content that violates these Terms. When you move your own site to trash, it is permanently deleted after 30 days unless you restore it first; we’re not responsible for content lost after that window closes.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or others.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that our scanning will catch every instance of malicious content.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DVFZ Training Consultancy Services and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, content, revenue, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount, if any, you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DropRegion and DVFZ Training Consultancy Services harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “last updated” date above when we do; continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of the Philippines. Your electronic acceptance of these Terms is valid and enforceable under the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (RA 8792).
